Updating the furnishings in the main bedroom has breathed new life into the space, transforming it from an untouched area since moving into a warm and inviting retreat. By incorporating mid-century design elements—such as sleek lines, organic shapes, and iconic furniture pieces—alongside traditional color palettes, the room now exudes a harmonious blend of nostalgia and modern comfort. Rich, earthy tones paired with soft neutrals create a soothing atmosphere, while carefully selected decor and textiles add depth and character. This thoughtful refresh not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also makes the bedroom a cozy haven for relaxation and rest.

With the main bedroom beautifully finished, the client asked me to update the tween girls' rooms to reflect their unique personalities and tastes. One room embraces a girly style, featuring soft pastels, playful patterns, and whimsical decor that create a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. In contrast, the other room embodies a sophisticated beachy vibe, balancing coastal elements with refined touches like textured fabrics and muted tones that evoke the serenity of the shore without being overly thematic. By thoughtfully curating these spaces, each girl has a room that feels distinctly hers, blending fun and elegance creating personal sanctuaries they can cherish for years to come.
